Rates
vary from £350 to £510 per week, depending on season.
Lets
do not have to start on any particular day of the week, and do not have to
be for whole weeks only, however we do ask for a minimum let of 1 week.
Here
are some sundry facts which may be of help.........
- Any
problems can be reported at any hour day/night to the reception by phone
or in person.
- Our
management company are on-site so any problems concerning the house will
be dealt with.
- The
house is on a resort of privately owned townhouses.
- There
is a concierge on-site where theme park tickets can be purchased.
- House
entry is through a hotel style keycard.
- We
are more than happy to give advice on airline flights, car hire, park ticket
purchase and whatever else may help. We may not know all the answers but
we'll do our best!
- All
bed linen, towels, essential toiletries are provided. There is no maid service
included but this can be arranged at reception if you wish.
- The
house has a washing machine and tumbler dryer.
- Local
phone calls are free, other calls require a phone card which can be purchased
at reception.
- There
is a fee based Internet access facility plus a free access wireless zone
in the club house.
- We
consider a car to be essential but if you only intend to visit theme parks
and eat at the resort then you could survive without one.
- For
the comfort of all our guests smoking or pets are not allowed in the house.
