We leave everything in the house for our guests to use including SatNav, BBQ, pool toys, ice box, guide books, outside chairs,

The house has all the latest safety features including smoke alarms and fire extinguishers. It is fully air conditioned, centrally heated and has ceiling fans in many rooms. The accommodation briefly comprises of :-

American style grand room with 2 sofas, tub chair, cable TV and DVD, dining table for six people and sliding doors to a sitting area with chairs and BBQ.

Kitchen with large cooker, microwave, American fridge/freezer/ice maker, waste disposal unit, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, juicer and toaster. All pots and pans, cutlery and crockery is provided.

Upstairs there is the romantic Chinese themed master ensuite bedroom with satellite TV, walk-in wardrobe with a safe, ample storage units and sliding doors to a south-facing balcony sitting area. The Animal Kingdom themed twin bedrooms has TV/DVD, wardrobes and ample chests of drawers. There is a further twin bedroom.

A family bathroom is conveniently located adjacent to the 2 twin bedrooms.

The very private downstairs ensuite queen bedroom has satellite TV, walk-in wardrobe, bedside cabinets a chest of drawers. A WC is conveniently situated downstairs also.

An American style washing machine and tumble dryer are also fitted. There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

High chairs, cots and other items are all available for hire from reception.
